Bluescreen back @ The Cube Cinema 30.11.11

Last Bluescreen of the year! And last event of our 10th anniversary year! So spread the word!

Bring films new and old - Films should be 20mins and under and on DVD and bring a backup copy, just in case!

Plus DJs in the Bar & hopefully an appearance from the Cube Orchestra rescoring an old Bluescreen screened film or two.

Door open 8pm, Films on after 8.30 ish.

£3 entry or Free if you bring a film, though only one filmmaker per film

_ Bluescreen Special Open Screening @ Encounters - TODAY! Saturday 19th 4-6pm @ Pop Up Cinema @ The Showroom, Park Street.

A chance to have your Film screened at Encounters!
Please bring films on DVD and under 20 minutes in length, and drop them into the Pop Up Cinema before Saturday @ 4pm. Any subject, style, genre can be shown - from mini features to skate films to animation, music promos, horror, arthouse, experimental, no budget, low budget, sci-fi and beyond!

We have a 2 hour time slot so it will be on a first come, first screened basis. See you there!

And all screenings at The Pop Up Cinema are FREE!!

_Wed/Thurs Bluescreen Screenings at The Pop Up Cinema have changed to 6-8pm .

And the venue will be open from Midday - 8pm on these days.

Friday times  6-8pm.

Sat 4-6pm - Open Screen!

Bluescreen Retrospective @ Encounters Pop Up Cinema

Bluescreen celebrates its 10 year anniversary of screening short films at The Cube Cinema, Bristol, with a retrospective at Encounters 2011.

Mon 14th – Sun 20th Nov @ The Showroom, Park Street, Bristol

All films have been previously screened at Bluescreen and the compilations have been put together to be screened at Festivals in Bristol and further afield at Festivals in the UK, Europe & USA inc: IFFR 2007, ATA San Francisco, Glastonbury Festival, Big Chill, Shambala.. 

And Saturday 4-6pm - Open Screen Event @ Pop Up Cinema!
Bring your own Films - Films need to be on DVD and under 20 minutes in length.  Any film genre welcomed!  Just drop your films into the Pop Up Cinema before 4pm on Saturday._
